1-**************************** Ive Ever Dealt With Ordered an AC compressor from TascaParts.com (Order #*******) and received a damaged unit. I contacted customer service right away and returned it the same day they sent the label. Thats where everything went downhill.For over two weeks, I kept being fed the same BS line: Itll ship today or tomorrow. I followed up constantly, and they clearly had no idea what they were doing. The guy I dealt with mostTony Georgewas absolutely useless. Zero accountability, no follow-through, just constant stalling.After almost a month of being jerked around, I finally said I wanted a refund. **** told me it was processed but of course, it wasnt. Had to chase them down for another three days just to get a refund email. At that point, I had enough.Tasca Parts is a joke. Their customer service is a disaster, their staff is incompetent, and the whole experience was a waste of time. If you value your money, time, or sanity , go somewhere else. Ill never order from them again, and Ill make sure everyone I know avoids them too.
