I Received a call from Carl Tasca Jr 2 days later. He was very apologetic and was in total agreement that this situation should have been handled much differently. He promised me he would follow up on my complaint and address all those involved. He seemed very sincere and I believed he would do as he said since they cost him a sale and possible customer for life. It is to bad I had to speak with one of the owners because his dealership treated me rudely. Thanks for the call Carl. It doesn't change what happened but it is nice to know he was willing to listen and not just take his dealership's word.
