My review is based off the parts department. I have come here a few times for parts for my truck and have had pleasant experiences however this visit was terrible! I went down to the truck center as this is where I've been going for parts for years and after waiting about 15 minutes I was told by a rather aggressive man that I had to go up to the parts department in the showroom. Reason being, the owner came down on Friday and said no more customers at this desk because technicians are hourly and they waste time waiting at the desk... ummm ok! I got in my car and drove up to to the "correct" parts counter where the gentleman working was very nice however he was not as educated in truck parts as the crew at the truck center. After another 20 minutes or so he said he had to go to the truck center to get my parts. 15 minutes or so goes by and he returns with the wrong stuff and then said they don't have what I need but they probably have the correct stuff at the warehouse on Comstock parkway. He also said he'd give me a call later in he day once he located them. Great! I've now wasted over an hour at this point and still don't have the parts I need for my truck. I took a right out the parking lot and went down the street to Napa where I was helped immediately, truck parts located, paid and was on my way within 15 minutes. On top of my poor experience waiting for parts at Tasca I heard all about call reports one of the managers was having with I believe the owner. From what I heard it sounds like they aren't answering the phone promptly either, why am I not surprised?!
