I have a brand new pre-owned car that I was interested in selling to Tasca. Before bringing it there I tried to call ahead to make sure it was worth my time. I called multiple times and left a few messages. I never heard back from anyone. A week later I went to the website where there was an online form for an appraisal for my situation. I filled this out and it said someone would be in touch with me...nope. So a few days later I brought it by without any notice. I went with my mom and first went into the regular sales part of the building. The first guy we saw there was very nice and pointed us in the right direction to the pre-owned sales office. My mom and I walked in and we were completely ignored. We waited for a few minutes and finally were told to talk to "Lou". So we find Lou but this was the wrong Lou, turns out there are 3 of them. Once we found the right Lou, he was nice enough to us, but seemed eager to get rid of us. He looked at the car for about 10 seconds and then he told me he would call back in 3-4 hours. After the 4th hour I called Tasca back and someone said told me Lou would call me back in 10 minutes. I waiting all night, no call. I waiting all the next day, nothing. I left a voicemail that night. Nobody called me back so I then called first thing the next morning. A few hours later someone called me back and it seemed like they were looking up a price for my car right then since they asked me a lot of questions about it. The price they ended up offering was over $2000 less than the Kelley Blue book dealer price. And on top of this, Lou realized he hadn't given me my registration back, so I'm forced to return to that dreadful place!
