If I could give this service department a zero star rating I would. My mom took in her 2012 Focus to have the CD player repaired. They had to switch out the entire radio, which they did not have in stock. We got a call the next day saying the car was ready. Upon arriving at the service desk, we were not only not greeted but were treated as if we were bothering the woman working. She was disdainful and dismissive and asked my mother to repeat everything she said multiple times. The sales woman then asked if we had left a key (how else would they have been able to get in the car?) The woman said there was no key left in an envelope attached to the paperwork. My stepdad had dropped the car off so my mom said okay and we left without a key (which they actually did have). The woman then said that the car would be right outside waiting. We had to search the entire parking lot to find my moms car and had to flag down a mechanic to help us find it. After finally getting the car there was greasy fingerprints left all over the radio area. Disgusting! There was also about a quarter tank of gas missing. How did they drive the car without a key?! Worst customer service experience ever!!!! I could post the service associates name but I don't want to get personal. Never have I nor my mother been treated so terribly when we have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership. They clearly don't value repeat business. Wendy Tasca did end up calling my stepdad and apologizing. Big deal. I work in the customer service industry and let me tell you, I will be telling everyone I know not to visit this lackadaisical dealership.
