Bad service. Can't fix the transmission on my car. Been in several times. They say this is normal and may need more attempts to get it right. Meanwhile the clock ticks on the warranty while passengers comment on the jerky ride. Free lunches, loaner cars, a car wash, and a friendly greeter who opens the door are nice touches but can't make up for basic incompetence.
