I received HORRIBLE customer service! I purchased a car there in 2005 and got exceptional service. It was very disappointing to get such bad customer service this time around. I walked in with the intention of test driving a newer model of the same car I currently have... the sales associate treated me like I was wasting his time, he wasn't very forthcoming with information at all throughout our test drive (at first I just assumed he was a new employee)- as time went on and we got back to the showroom he asked me if I was all set, that is when I asked about pricing and told him that I wanted to compare financing vs. leasing... he made me wait over 30 minutes and discussed getting financing with one of the financing guys. He then walked over to me (remember i had already been waiting for 20 min.) and asked if he got me some pricing would I be buying today? I said maybe. I waited more.. then finally he came over with a gimmick - stating that hes never seen pricing as low as the pricing he was going to give me and he actually almost fell off his chair- not very convincing... his demeanor totally changed. he had a take it or leave it attitude. when I started asking more detailed questions he walked ME over to the financing department where I was given a polite speech and told when I'm ready to buy I should come back but there was nothing more they could help us with! as a consumer and someone in sales i was offended! I will not be buying my new car there! I have already signed a lease with their competitor.
