While I love my salesperson and I have been buying/leasing cars from him for decades, working with the service department is a nightmare. Incompetent and unprofessional. The departmet cannot even handle the basics of customer service. It is so bad I may stop leasing from tasca. Shameful. If you can, avoid Tasca Service Department.
