Tasca Ford in Seekonk, Ma. has the worst customer service department I have ever seen. Months ago I call about a air bag recall for a Mustang an was told they would get back to me when the part came. Three days ago I called to see what was happening with the part. After three phone calls asking for customer service the girl answering the phone sent me to the Fast Lane Oil change all three times. A very nice gentleman told me he would hand deliver my information to Customer Service. I'm sure he did, but three days later I still haven't received a call back. If I had told them I wanted to buy a car I would have ten calls by now. Thanks for nothing Tasca, I am not satisfied John H. Seekonk
