Warning: Do not get your service done at this Tasca! I always get my service done in Tasca Seekonk (read my 5 star reviews from long time before under Tasca Seekonk) but since I move closer to Cranston, I decide to give Tasca Cranston a try, but guess I made the worst decision. I scheduled my service 8am on Wed, when I met with Mike, he kept on cursing "f***.... sh**....." during putting my appointment in. But I pretended I didn't hear it and just assumed that he was having a bad day. But guess I was wrong. From there he called me everyday pushing my appointment off until I can finally pick up my car the next Tuesday. When I got my car, the issue was still there. Mike kept my car for 6 days and didn't fix my door chime issue. In addition to that, he charged me a diagnosis fee on top of my warranty deductions saying that the problem couldn't be found even with the fact that I have the problem recorded in my phone to prove it! How ridiculous is that? I was trying to make sense to him and showing him that the issue is still there but he was in a hurry of getting out of work. In order to have my key back, I had no choice but to pay what he asked. His rudeness, unprofessional, working with attitude left me a very unpleasant experience at Tasca. I will never go back to Tasca and will tell my story to everyone that I know who is in need of looking for a dealer to do business with. Yes, I am overwhelmed and found it hard to believe that this corporation can still survive in a modern service industry.
