In the past, I would have given Tasca Ford in Seekonk 4 to 5 stars. They had always been exceptionally professional, personable, efficient, and fair, even though I had an older Ford Club Wagon. I brought it to them faithfully each year for service and they kept it running perfectly. I have low mileage and always cared for it from new. Something has changed. They have a new service consultant, who I noticed b s other customers, argued with them, and was unprofessional. Since my van was in, I had extremely expensive repairs, that did not fix my grabbing rear brake. They changed the spark plugs and said they had to dismantle the engine to get to them. Another service center told me they just take out the back panel in the passenger side of the van to replace the plugs. They flushed my radiator and did not change my oil as part of the winterizing I requested. The radiator was split after my visit. I never had a problem before. I had to drive back to the dealer. The bill was too high to replace the radiator so I left. They just lost me as a loyal customer. I would not buy a new van nor have it serviced there until they have a shake up in service consultant and mechanics departments. One bad apple spoils the barrel. One questionable service ruins their reputation. Tasca Ford clean house. As a clarification their service manager at Tasca Ford is exceptional. He had another service mechanic fix my warped back wheel which caused the brake to grab and allowed to me use a loaner car while the van had the winterizing repair and follow up repair.
