During my initial phone call with Tasca, one of the receptionists scheduled an appointment for service and never relayed the information to the service department. After much frustration and being placed on hold for 15+ minutes, I was fortunate enough to meet Eric who resolved any confusion. Eric gets 5 STARS, but my experience as a whole does not. I give Eric 5 stars because he went above and beyond to call me once my car parts came in, booked an appointment for me for the next morning with a complimentary rental, and completed the service in a timely manner. I would ask for him personally if you need anything!
