Obviously they don't have the level of staff the local Jiffy Lube does so I went there instead.

I gave it two stars because I liked buying my car here. Its just the service that does not work. I first tried to stop by their "fast lane" because my car was due for an oil change. They had too many people in line. One guy behind the counter. Very obvious this was not going to be a fast event, So I left and called the service department. I scheduled an appointment for the next day to have the oil changed. I told them all I had was a half hour. I have work to do and I don't have time to go playing around at a dealership. I showed up for my appointment. Guy asked me if I will be waiting for the car. I inform him that obviously I was. Its just an oil change, that I made an appointment for, at a place called the "fast lane". He informed me that Tasca is never able to change oil in less than an hour and a half. He chuckled while he said it. I grabbed my keys and left. Obviously they don't have the level of staff the local Jiffy Lube does so I went there instead.
