I am a North Providence Resident, but purchased my new Mazda vehicle out of state, band new, in April 2014. Reaching the 3k mile mark, I decided to try and contact Tasca about setting up an oil change and inquire about a remote car starter. Every call I make is answered by a woman who sounds severely inconvenienced by my call. Every time I get transferred to the Service department there is no answer. I have called 4 different times, all at varying times of the day, and have yet to speak with anyone of any use. Maybe someday when I can actually get a service appointment I can rate on that experience as well.
