BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I posted a rewiew on Tascas FB website and within 20 minutes they took it down. My story regarding Tasca is UNIMAGINEABLE!!! 1. My 18 year old was in a horrific rollover in 9/14. Although she only suffered minor scratches she had suffered severe PTSD. Over time she began to drive my 22 year old 2014 Cruze. On 10/28/14 we purchased a Cruze and paid Tasca the asking price and not a penny less because as parents thats what we do. Two weeks pass and I called the sales rep. about the registration. He told me to relax that in RI they allow you 20 days with a temporary plate. On the 20th day I called back and was assured the registration was in the mail. I requested the mgr. call the next day. The next day came and went with no call. After numerous phone calls I finally spoke with Patti who apologized and told me the car was not registered. My child, who had been involved in a roll over totalling her vehicle just 6 weeks prior had been driving around with an unregistered vehicle for 4 days. 2. A week later there is a noise from the front end. Car goes in on 12/2/14, noise confirmed and they decided to put in synthetic oil in hopes that the noise would go away. Due to the holidays they were not able to take the car back til 1/2/15 at which time I told them I was not going to take the vehicle if they did not solve the problem. DX: defected water pump and compressor. 3. JUST WHEN YOU THINK THINGS COULD NOT GET ANY WORSE. On Sat. 4/18/15 car goes in for a simple oil change. An hour goes by and the supervisor comes out with my keys and my invoice which I pd. I leave there at 10:45, to pick my daughter up and go to the local grocery store. AS I APPROACH MYVEHICLE I NOTICE SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE TO THE ROCKER PANEL. The mechanic damaged my vehicle and I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THIS. You see they were closing at 1pm and they were hoping that I would not notice THE DAMAGE until after they were closed. I asked the supervisor to come out to my vehicle because his technicians did damage to my car. He walked to the vehicle and apologized, claiming to have no knowledge of this. I immediately drove to another Tasca site and the car is in the process of being fixed as we speak. A dealership that is reckless, dishonest and deceiptful. As a manager I am aware that you cannot control the actions of your employees, howerever you are ultimately responsible for such acts. Mr. Bob Tasca Jr., in your commercials you state the Tasca family has a dedicated sales and service team. You go on to say "At Tasca you will be satisfied." If your employess have not made you aware of my distress or grievances shame on them. However, if you are aware of my negatve experiences that I have endured with your sales and service department then SHAME ON YOU for not personally contacted me and apologizing on their behalf.
