Wrong part delivered, fit-guarantee claim unfulfilled, refund ignored

Customer ordered part with 5-day Covid-delay promise, received wrong part after 4+ weeks, Tasca Parts refused refund despite guaranteed fit claim and two weeks of ignored emails.

Tasca Parts Center I purchased a product from Tasca for my car I purchased a product from Tasca for my car. after making the purchase they announced that due to Covid-19 it may be delayed 3-5 business days. that was fine and i waited. after 3 weeks of waiting i sent them an email to cancel the order as that is the only way to cancel the order as 3 weeks was well over the 5 days they originally stated and bought the product from a different company. 3 days after the cancellation went out they sent out the part. It got to my home the day after the other part i had ordered from a different company. the part took well over 4 weeks to get to my home and it was the incorrect part that does not fit my car. they state on there website that the part fit is guaranteed. i sent them an email over two weeks ago upon writing this stating that i wanted a refund in full including shipping and i would gladly return the wrong part back to them if they sent me a shipping label. they have not replied to the cancellation email and seeing as that was over 4 weeks ago i doubt ill be getting a reply from them ever on the refund as well. Learn more I ordered parts online on 08/02/2022 with expedited shipping and a delivery date of 08/04. I received an email about about my order being processed. I then received an email that the parts had to be special ordered and shipped within 3 business days. I have waited over a week and haven't heard anything back. My order number brings up nothing on their website. I have emailed them 3 days in a row, tried their live chat feature and called them to find out that their phones are not active. I only just saw the hundreds of reviews of people having the same issues in the same order as me. This business is scamming people by the hundreds or thousands. I immediately received an order confirmation email. The payment was made through PayPal, and the amount of $118.98 was withdrawn from my bank account on Monday 8 Aug 2022 for this purchase. The order, which includes four auto parts, is currently pending. On Monday 8 Aug 2022, I received two emails from Tascaparts.com. The first email stated that the order was being processed by a dedicated order processor, and the second indicated that the order was in progress. Since then, I have not received any further communication. I have made multiple attempts to contact Tascaparts.com through their website's 'Contact Us' page, the 'Live Chat' feature, and messaging through their social media page, but I have not received any response. I urgently need these parts, or I require an immediate refund. Respectfully and truthfully submitted.
