I received confirmation from both PayPal and TascaParts. However, four days later, I received an email from Tasca informing me that my order was canceled due to suspected fraudulent activity. I attempted to call them, but they stated they are not taking phone calls. I'm left wondering if this is due to an inability to handle customer complaints or perhaps another reason related to current events. In response, I replied to the customer service email that informed me of the cancellation, but I received no response, and it's been over a week now. I also completed their customer help form on their website, explaining the situation, yet still, there has been no reply after a week. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of customer service is apparent; they seem to show no concern for their customers, wasting over a week of my time. Consequently, I had to purchase my parts from another supplier, which resulted in my truck being out of commission for over two weeks. It's disheartening to see such disregard from a business, and it's precisely this type of behavior that has contributed to the success of larger companies. In my case, a well-known online retailer was able to provide the parts I needed. I always try to support smaller businesses, but when they fail to provide basic customer service and ignore their customers, they are only hurting themselves. Received an email on 11/28 that they were "processing my order", last I heard from them. Have sent three emails and tried the chat section twice-no response. Covid isn't an excuse either. Tasca has NEVER been fast to ship anything but they've outdone themselves on this one. To make matters worse, they don't have a customer service line anymore, only chat and email, and the chat feature drops you into a holding queue that repeatedly disconnects after +15-20min, saying no representatives are online.If you're reading this, SHOP ELSEWHERE. You can likely find what you're looking for cheaper, once you factor in shipping charges, and get what you ordered faster.
