Tasca Parts Center I placed an order through Tasca Parts via their online website on 11/29 order number *** I placed an order through Tasca Parts via their online website on 11/29 order number ***. The website claimed to have item in stock ready to be shipped. I waited nearly a week for any emails after my placed order. On 12/6 my package had shipped and on 12/9 the package had delivered. Everything seemed fine until I opened my package to find out I had received incorrect part. Initially when I placed an order on 11/29 their website prompted I had to enter a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), in order to verify correct fitment. Thats when I thought everything would be well for I, as by sending in a VIN # would be a double check that I ordered the correct part for my needs. I did what every concerned consumer would do by sending an email to the company since it was after hours, no word the next day. I then attempted multiple times to contact Tasca Parts via phone call with no one available to answer. Next step was their online chat system, eventually I made contact with a representative to initiate a return. At that point the live support agent informed me I was responsible for shipping fees. Which is outrageous considering the error was made on their end. Ever since then they have made zero efforts at replying to any of my emails in regards to my concerns as a paying consumer. My return form was intiated on 12/14, I shipped out my return on 12/17. Since then I have not heard anything back from them. I double checked the fitment, and the harness sent is the correct harness for your vehicle? Is it a situation where it is the wrong harness as in wanted an injector harness, got an upper engine harness? or correct harness for needed repair, just not correct as far as connectors, ect?..
