I ordered and upon receiving it, the part was not as described. I called the company and the representative immediately accused me of lying and stated he had 10 years of experience. He claimed there's only one part made for my car, yet it was not the one shown in their pictures. He wouldn't let me explain. After finally pausing and allowing me to speak, he realized his mistake. His response was an admission of uncertainty about the items they were dispatching. This explained my frustration. I've never been accused of dishonesty by any customer service before. The only resolution offered was his repeated threats to end the call. He behaved immaturely. If you're willing to take a gamble on what you might receive, then this is the website for you. Received one email in response indicating they are back ordered, with an estimated wait of 5-7 days. I placed the order on December 30, and received a response on January 4. I have sent three emails without a response inquiring whether I can cancel the order. I attempted to contact customer service by phone. One call indicated the number was no longer in service. I called again and received a busy signal. The part I need is critical as it is a brake light assembly, rendering my vehicle inoperable. I am able to source this part from other vendors who have it readily available. I suspect this company may be engaging in fraudulent activities. I would advise others to steer clear of this company.
